Credit Services Agreement
Between CMPND Credit Cleaners ("we," "us") and the client identified at signing ("you"). Required terms under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) are included; details in [ brackets ] are to be finalized with counsel.
We will review your credit file and assist you in disputing information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable with the credit bureaus and furnishers, and provide credit education. A full description of the specific services to be performed is set out in [ Schedule A — Services ].
We do not, and cannot, remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report. We do not guarantee any specific result, score increase, or timeline. Results depend on your individual file and vary from person to person.
Fees for our services are [ amount / structure ]. Consistent with CROA, you will not be charged or required to pay any fee until the services we have agreed to perform have been fully performed. Payment terms are described in [ Schedule B — Fees ].
The estimated time to perform the agreed services is [ estimate ]. This is an estimate only and not a guarantee.
You may cancel this contract for any reason within 3 business days of the date you sign it, without penalty or obligation, by delivering written notice to us at [ address / email ]. A Notice of Cancellation form is provided with this agreement.
You have rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act and applicable state law, including the right to dispute inaccurate information yourself, for free, directly with the credit bureaus. Please read the Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law disclosure, which is part of this agreement.
